I believe leadership is fundamentally about people.

Strong direction, clear strategy and well-designed products and solutions only create value when they are supported by trust, alignment and a shared sense of purpose. This requires a leadership approach grounded in emotional intelligence, empathy and the ability to understand both individuals and organizations as systems.

I work to create environments where people feel both supported and challenged—where expectations are clear, dialogue is open, and feedback is direct and constructive.

Equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the factory floor, I focus on connecting strategy with execution by building alignment across teams, disciplines and perspectives.
