I believe leadership is fundamentally about people.
Strong direction, clear strategy and well-designed products and solutions only create value when they are supported by trust, alignment and a shared sense of purpose. This requires a leadership approach grounded in emotional intelligence, empathy and the ability to understand both individuals and organizations as systems.
I work to create environments where people feel both supported and challenged—where expectations are clear, dialogue is open, and feedback is direct and constructive.
